RENTAL
Subject to availability the villa can be rented by the week or just for a few days.
Rental rates include cleaning of the villa and pool before arrival (and mid-stay if you are booking for 2 weeks), a ‘meet & greet’ service to help you settle in, electricity, gas, water supplies and garden maintenance plus the services of our English speaking agent.
A seven night stay for a party of 2/6 ranges from £2500 in High Season to £1500 in Low Season at Commercial Rates but we have decided to restrict availability to friends and family. A flat rate of £1500 per week applies for the current year.
BOOKING
Full directions to the villa will be sent to you ahead of your trip and a ‘House Book’ in the villa has lots of useful information on the area, shops, restaurants etc.
There is an English-speaking Service Agent based in Puglia on-call if needed and we will arrange for someone to meet you close to Ostuni, to direct you to the Villa and introduce you to the amenities.
The Booking Diary is maintained by our Booking Agent – please email and check dates before you book any flights.
We would ask that you please make arrangements to leave before 10am on the day of departure to give the cleaners sufficient time to prepare the villa for the next guests. Thank You.
