Casa Ciara is a modern villa situated in the heart of the Puglian countryside with a large private garden of mainly olive and fruit trees.
Internally there are 3 double bedrooms (2 doubles and one twin – one of the doubles has an ensuite shower room). There is a family sized bathroom.
The modern well-equipped kitchen and internal dining area opens into a comfortable living room with glass doors opening onto the terrace. The property has central heating enabling full year use. There are air-conditioning units in the living areas and all of the bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is a TV/DVD, CD player and a Safe for valuables.
Outdoors the shaded Patio has a breakfast table and separate seating area. An external staircase leads to a large tiled roof terrace, with comfortable seating and some sun-loungers, offering great views of the surrounding countryside.
The patio leads down some stairs into a garden with a shaded Dining Area and sink unit. A large wood fired oven can be used to roast, boil or grill a vast range of dishes including pizzas.
Beyond the garden there is a Private Swimming Pool (unheated) with a pool shower and its own Bar Area and refrigerator. The pool is approx. 12m x 6m and there is a large pool terrace with views to the olive groves beyond.
There is also another toilet, sink unit and a heated outside shower at the rear of the villa adjacent to the garden. A small outbuilding houses a washing machine.
Linen, Bath and Beach towels are provided.
The villa has Wi-Fi access.
The property has a number of steps and might therefore not be suitable for wheelchair users.

The Villa is surrounded by olive groves in the heart of the countryside but only 6 minutes drive from Ostuni and its many restaurants and bars.
Start and end the day with a relaxing swim, play a few games of Bocca or just while away the hours with a good book.
After a long day sightseeing why not put your feet up and ring one of our local chefs to come in and cook the evening meal ‘Puglian style’ – or try your hand at pizza in the garden oven.
